Gluten Free Pizza Pizza!
This morning, we decided that we would make pizza tonight. K searched for a new gluten free pizza dough recipe and, instead, learned about a chain in Toronto that made gluten free pizza. She googled them ... turns out, they have locations in Montreal too. The chain is called Pizza Pizza. We called and successfully ordered two gluten free pizzas. For some reason, they don't deliver the gluten free pizza. So, we went and picked it up. On the way home, K turned into a crazy pizza eating monster ... devouring three pieces before we got home. I guess that is what happens when you are deprived of carry out pizza for so many years. Anyway, it was quite good. And, we recently discovered that they just opened a store about six blocks from our house. I suspect we will look much different next time you see us!

Morning in Adelaide
We arrived yesterday at noon and 2, respectively. We walked along the boardwalk and saw the beach, stopping for sunscreen when I started to burn after 2 minutes in the Australian sun. Everyone but me ate oysters. We hung out, drank wine, and Shari made a fantastic shrimp Pad Thai.
I've been up since 5, and went out with Erik for a cappuccino and a GLUTEN FREE BISCOTTI. He left for work, and I was just about to blog complaining that S and Shari are failing to entertain me, but Shari just woke up, and I'll go jump on the bed to wake S now.

Canada

A happy coincidence? The mother and daughter who own the bed and breakfast are fellow celiacs, and the Dad bakes wonderful gluten-free things! (Not too happy, as I'm sad they're afflicted, but it is nice to know I'll get good things to eat!)
We'll plan to arrive early enough on Friday to get the license in plenty of time. That evening, we'll catch a play, see the city the next day, and we'll get married at 6:00 PM in the Tower Suite of Alban Abbey's bed and breakfast.
This will all take place the weekend before the Pittsburgh events - hopefully things will be going smoothly and we won't be too crazy (:
